Indian madras shirt in plaid

I really like wearing these madras shirts. They are lightweight, and because of the plaid pattern they hide wrinkles and smudges pretty well. They are also a classic staple IMHO. I have 4 of these. The others were slim medium and were a bit tight in the torso, so I decided to try this one in standard medium. It is a bit long in the arms, but I usually roll my sleeves so no problem! I love this one and will keep my eye out for more.

Great summer shirt that can easily layer under sweaters for the fall. Ended up buying 'em in all but two of the colors.

In recent years, I've mostly been wearing linen shirts during the summer. I chose this shirt to add more color and pattern to my summer options. The fabric is a light-weight cotton perfect for summer heat and the pattern is rich without being overbearing. It also seems that J. Crew has adjusted their fit so there is a bit more room in the chest and shoulders, which fits my athletic build well.
