Inferior quality to the similar Wallace &Barnes
February 3, 2022Last season I got the Wallace & Barnes version of this sweater jacket for my partner and he loved it. This year I wanted to get him another, and this version is much thinner, pills like crazy, and is less shapely. Disappointed.

It's ok, but
January 30, 2022The fit is boxy, so wide on the sides if you were looking for a slim/athletic fit. The wool has pilled on the sides and inside of the arms after 2 wears. That being said it is warm and a good weekend sweater, but not an item you'd wear to be sharp at the office.

Cool piece if the sizing works
December 15, 2021I'm 6' and 200 lb and the small fits me well, a little snug if I fasten the top button (though I never will). For reference, I shirt at a 16.5" neck & 25" sleeve and I prefer a slim fit - usually medium or large in Jcrew. I think if you were close to my measurements and rather a more relaxed fit, the medium would work for you. I'd say the sizing is 1.5 sizes larger than indicated. The fabric pills a lot but the wool is high pile already so with enough fabric shaving, you can defeat the pilling issue. This is my new office cardigan.

Sweater Blazer
December 11, 2021I generally love JCrew designs for their style and quality but am disappointed with this jacket. I like to travel light and I bought this blazer to take on a trip. After wearing it for a few days it pilled up considerably. I was constantly trying to give it a haircut but couldn't keep up with the amount of pilling.
