Kenmare suit jacket in Italian wool

I purchased this to try a different style after I have bought several ludlow suits. The kenmare is definitely a relaxed fit and unfortunately not as flattering. I'm sure others will prefer the fit of the kenmare vs the ludlow. I did notice that the wool wrinkled more easily and looked less illustrious than other jcrew suits I've purchased

I'm 6'2" 170 lbs and bought a size 42R. It fits well, not slim but not boxy. The material is slightly thinner than I realized, definitley more of a spring/summer weight than fall/winter but still substantial, it doesn't feel flimsy.

I didn’t love the fit of this jacket as much as the Ludlow line. Bought it on sale for a back up blazer and unfortunately haven’t worn it because it fits weird

Purchased jacket for young teenage son who is too big for children’s 22 (men’s xxs) and too small for men’s small (size 36-38). This jacket in a size 34 is great hybrid for those not yet a man but not a child. Size 34 fit is equivalent to a men’s slender small. My son has grown into jacket which now fits perfectly! Btw he is now in between men’s small in t-shirts and a men’s medium, & is just a men’s small in a dress shirt.

Mixed bag, the fit is a cross between a chore coat and a sportcoat. Material is decent and pairs well with the Crosby trousers in navy. Just be aware there is zero taper in the waist so it hangs like a chore coat and sleeves are on wider side. The first model pic is very accurate. The pic with on model with jacket buttoned and leaning in no way accurately represents this jacket, its a relaxed looser fit.

Fits my shoulders, torso and arms perfectly. Light and high quality material. I am 115 pounds, 5'6'', wear 36s, and this blazer was not on the big side. It just doesn't have a tucked in waist.
