Lovely but fit issue w chest
December 6, 2024I do love this swimsuit, but I’m going to need to get it tailored, bc the other reviewers were right that the upper body is unnaturally wide. Just too big all around. So I’m hoping to find a seamstress to take about an inch or two out of each side. Otherwise it’s lovely - a great color of red, the legs/bottom fit is perfect, and thin straps are great for broad shoulders, nice placement. Hoping this works out bc I’m pretty attached to it already!!

Excellent basic swimsuit
December 3, 2024Simple design, looks great on. 5’6” and 125 pounds, the size 6 fit well. Takes a while to dry, but that’s not much of a complaint.

October 25, 2024Nice quality suit. I’m a 34dd and probably could have used more support in the bust but I think it’s snug enough to provide good coverage. It also has adjustable straps that I appreciate.

Padded and effective
October 1, 2024I love that the padded part of the chest is effective on my 34C chest size. The straps are key because you can adjust to lift the chest area as needed. I purchased a size 6 because I do have a small tummy I wanted to hide but I should have bought a size 4 per my petite body/hour glass I feel right at my waist it could have been a bit fitted. I think this is a personal choice it really depends on your body type so measure yourself well before you buy. Quality and feel of clothing is fantastic!!

Great Basic Black Suit with Style
September 14, 2024I bought this for summer and I'm happy with my purchase. I'm usually a size 8 and I'm short waisted so I sized up to a 10 and I'm glad I did. Like the other reviews, it is shorter in the torso. I didn't want it to be too low on top so a 10 fit well. I love the cut and it's really cute to pair with some gold necklaces.

Favorite one piece
September 10, 2024This has now become my new favorite of my collection of JCrew swimsuits. Bought two colors on this style and size S. I am 5’2” and 110 lbs, perfect coverage for 34B. I find this style easier to take off and pull up during those bathroom breaks when your swimsuit is soaking wet as compared to ruched one pieces (which may be due to the extra fabric around the torso).
