What customers are saying:
Customers really love these wide‐leg, cropped pants for their stylish versatility and comfortable, flattering design that works from the office to casual outings. Many customers praised the polished look and vibrant colors, making them a popular pick for spring, summer, and the transitional seasons. A common recommendation was to size down since several felt the pants run a bit large for a more tailored fit. Overall, customers appreciate the chic design and ease of styling these pants while suggesting some tweaks—in fit and color range—to make an already great pant even better.

JCrew missed the mark!
May 12, 2016Purchased these pants with high expectation. I've worn JCrew apparel for years and have always been a satisfied customer, this time wasn't the case. I am a true size 2 but you would have thought they were a size 00. The quality was subpar and the overall style just wasn't flattering at all and the worst part they are final sale:(. I so wanted these to work.

Saggy Butt After One Wearing
May 3, 2016I really loved these pants, they fit very well, but once I stood up from my car, or my office, the seat of the pants was extremely stretched out and never went back. So I walked around all day with a weird saggy butt look. It's frustrating because I love the color and they fit so well everywhere else. I wish the stretch was able to bounce back better.

Size down for best fit
April 7, 2016Based on other comments I sized down from a size 2 to a 0 and these are still very big. The bi-stretch cotton gives the fabric a very blended synthetic feel. Since these pants are not form fitting, I'm not sure the need for a bi-stretch material. These would be great if they were just plain cotton or linen.

What in the world is going on with J.Crew sizing?
March 2, 2016I must say, the style and idea of these pants is absolutely wonderful, however, I have no idea what size in J.Crew pants I am anymore. It's incredibly frustrating! I haven't lost or gained weight in the past few years, but yet my sizing in J.Crew has recently been all over the place. I previously had almost always been a size 6 in all J.Crew pants, so in reading the reviews for these pants I listened and sized down to a 4. What a mistake! I should've got a 2! I wish I was an actual 2 in the real world, but I certainly am not. Such a bummer that there were final sale and I'm now stuck with two pairs (I ordered black and navy) that I can't wear. J.Crew, please get your sizing together or I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Cute style, but better fabric please!
March 1, 2016I'm unsure of what to make of these pants in bi-stretch cotton. I have a pair in the bi-stretch wool - *fabulous*, that's all I have to say on those. Love the style, quality and fabric there. But I have a skirt made of the bistretch cotton and that has not faired as well. If it's the same cotton, then I must say it *will* bag out after awhile and in some instances stay wrinkled! For that sole reason, I am hesitant to hit the "buy" button for a pair made of the cotton. JCrew - love love your style in these pants.. but please offer better fabric options for us ladies who don't get the lucky option to *not* be stuck in the office all day, usually sitting more often than not. The italian stretch wool, or light weight bi-stretch wool are great. No wrinkles, no bagging out.

Great Summer Piece
February 26, 2016I ordered these cropped pants for spring. At first I had my doubts, but ordered a pair to see how they'd look and fit. I went back and ordered as many colors as I could find in my size. These are going to be great for the summer, dressed up with a nice pair of pumps and blazer you're ready for the office. Dress them down with a pair of flats and a nice top it's casual wear. Whatever suits you, that's what I like about these cropped pants. They're nice, and were even better marked down.
