Nice casual blazer
January 15, 2026Nice blazer in a shorter length, great for everyday casual or business casual. Fabric is a blend that has some texture feeling to it and resists wrinkles (however, dog fur sticks easily--keep you rlint roller handy). This is one of my favorite colors and I'm thrilled to have a red based maroon/burgundy added to my closet. Comfortable. I sized down since I was looking for a more tight, casual fit to offset my closet full of longer, formal blazers. This is a nice casual option.

Stylish three-season jacket
December 26, 2025Blazers are always a little hit-or-miss for me. I'm 5'7" with a long torso and broad shoulders, so cropped jackets often make me look like I stole clothes from a ten-year-old. This blazer, however, was just right: short enough to wear with a more casual outfit, but long enough to look polished in a professional setting. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the quality of the fabric and tailoring aren't on par with older J. Crew jackets; the fabric was thinner and more delicate than expected. That said, I liked the burgundy one enough to buy the pin-stripe version as well, and look forward to wearing them both.
