Paneled midi slip skirt in textured satin chiffon

Wore this for Valentines and it is such a pretty and unique skirt. Love it. It's so pretty and elegant.

Beautiful skirt fits great very flattering

This is one quirky skirt, probably not like what you already have in your closet. The fabric is acetate, which is not my favorite, but it works here. The bright red is flowy and airy, and the dark maroon fabric is slick and heavier. A straight up weird combination that I don't think anyone was expecting. However, if you can get past what you thought it might be, you might actually like having a bizarre item. I have worn this several times now, and I like it more and more every time. The details are great, with quality stiching, overlocked seams, and detailed hidden zipper. It its true to size and is long enough to wear in professional environments. I pair this with a maroon long sleeve tee or a cashmere tee, and a maroon blazer (all JCrew pieces from over the years). I have worn it with bright red tights, or bare legs with maroon cowboy boots. You can see the fabric is odd and does have a texture, that allows you not to worry about wrinkles-it does wrinkle when sitting. This is not a basic item, it is an odd ball that requires confidence to wear. If you want something unexpected, go for it. If you want to play it safe, this isn't for you.

The fabric is too thin and weak to hold up after one wear and the panels pulled apart from the lining. Very poor quality.
