Sizing is off the wall
March 11, 2026This is the most beautiful shoe and I have been waiting the longest for it to go on sale, very pricey but leather and worth the price. However I have ordered it twice now in different sizes and the straps are huge and loose. I wear a 10.5 and am so happy J. Crew stocks this size in their shoes. However the shoe was so huge, I could not take a step without it falling off my feet. I read reviews and many said runs large. I sent it back and waited a good while, then ordered a half size down, a 10. The length is ok, a tiny bit short since 10.5 is perfect, however the straps seemed even larger.. both straps that form the tee. They stand up about half an inch above my foot. I do not have small dainty feet by no means, so this is just very odd. Sadly a great price but I have to send them back. I was hoping two seasons gone by, the shoe had been redesigned. I tried walking in the and they literally fall to the side of my foot the moment I try to take a step.

January 6, 2026Perfect heel height- runs a bit big and I usually fit heels a little snug. Overall comfortable and will be a staple for the winter months in FL.
