Kids' Italian cashmere sweater

Cashmere balled up fast. Total waste of $$. Took it to a store and got told there was nothing that could be done

Having purchased several kid's cashmere sweaters from J. Crew before, I ordered the navy marl sweater without first seeing it in store. I was very disappointed with the garment when it arrived - the wool felt thin and the marl effect made it look ordinary and cheap, it certainly didn't reflect the usual quality I would expect from J. Crew and the price paid. I chose not to keep the sweater.
