Collection Drake's® for J.Crew pajama top in Midnight Unicorn

I bought 3 of these Drake tops: the pink Bengal tiger, the green Bengal tiger and the navy/purple? unicorn. They are different and required some imagination to make them work with an outfit; but once accomplished, they're winners. First, the pink Bengal tiger shirt is a button down, collar, traditional type, so a size 8 for my 5'3" 130-ish lbs. worked; the other two are the "pajama" style, so a size 6 is perfect. I didn't want them sloppy. (As another reviewer noted, I wouldn't do yoga in them; they pull if you try to rotate your arms. But who needs to do that?) Pairing them with jeans, black pants, a black leather skirt, and other closet staples including jackets: denim, solid white, pink, black really frame them. Try long bulky silver beads with the unicorn top. By the way, I can't decide if the unicorn top is navy or purple.:) These tops are year-round treasures. Give them a chance, especially on sale.

I bought this top specifically to wear to my daughter's unicorn themed birthday party. The print is classic and though I thought I might look a bit cartoonish, the top looked wonderful with a cloudy blue top underneath and jeans. Guests loved the top and how classic it looked. The top held up to s'mores and a bounce house. I plan to dress it up for a holiday dinner in a couple of weeks. Versatile, fun.

I love the whimsical print and the fit of this pajama top, but for the price the quality of the silk is so-so. Would have preferred a wool silk material with a lining even for a higher price. I sent it back.

I adore the head-to-toe Drake's pajama dressing look and love how the pajama top can be worn as a top alone or jacket-style over something else. The flat lapels, trim shoulders, piping, and 3/4 sleeves are delicious. I am a size 2 or 4 in J Crew tops and I took a 4 in this style. For reference I am 5 ft 7 in, 118 pounds, 34A on top. This piece does fit trimly and looks like the fit in the photo, on me. As other reviewers have said, there is no give with the silk, but the fit and comfort are still fine in my usual size. I definitely had no need to size up. Adore! I'm so happy I snatched up this set and the bengal tiger set as well before my sizes sold out.
