perfect shorts for lounging at home or use as sleepwear

I haven’t worn shorts since I was a kid, but decided to buy these since I predict this year to be pretty hot. I put these on in the fitting room, and they were the perfect fit.

I bought the dusty barn color first because I needed a lounge short for spring that wasn't an athletic short. I love these! Super comfortable and lightweight. The material is very soft. The inseam is a little longer than I prefer, but I just roll the waistband twice and they're perfect. Bought two more colors.

I had a pair of these shorts that I purchased last year that I loved (lightweight, pockets, functional fly!), so I was excited to see them back in stock and in more colors. However, these shorts are now inconsistently sized, and do not fit or hold up as well as the previous iteration. The fit of the current offering is slimmer all-around. I'm 6'2"/180lbs (athletic) and purchased a size Medium. I had to return one pair because they were so tight it looked like I was smuggling plums! The ones I kept, I've only washed on cold and air dried due to fear of shrinking. Since then, despite gentle washing/air drying, one of those pairs has come unraveled at the hem after only a month. Even though I wear these a lot, I'm not super hard on them...just use them for sleeping, gentle yoga, and lounging. As such, based on the inconsistency, fit, and durability of the current offering, I sadly cannot recommend these shorts.

My husband loved these. He prefers fabric with stretch so that he can toss & turn comfortably. They’re perfect, nicely made with a pocket in the back that polishes the look of these shorts. Perfect lounge and sleep shorts. I highly recommend them. He’s between L & XL and L fit nicely.

I bought these shorts on sale. I ended up loving them, so I bought more at full price. They are very comfortable for sleeping and around the house. Jersey knit -not too hot for sleeping.
