New Balance® for J.Crew 1400 sneakers in orange

This is the best shoes ever. The color is fantastic. Can be a bit dressy and laid back at the same time. Perfect for office.

Was very pleased with the purchase, I thought like most of my J.Crew purchases, I was going to receive a percentage off, but I didn’t, I didn’t send them back, I like them.

May sound obvious to some, but people will notice you in these shoes. I haven’t seen anything out there quite like them. But then again that’s why you’re buying bold orange shoes in the first place, right? They also fit incredibly well and have that great cushion quality I’ve experienced with most of the NB shoes I’ve purchased through J.Crew. Take care of the suede and these shoes will take care of you. No complaints.

I've always loved NB Made in the USA products and these do not disappoint. I love the shoe, the color and they style. True to size and its nice to have two lace color options of orange and white. I do recommend treating them with a leather protection spray as the suede leather does absorb water.

This iconic beauty is my go-to. I have to buy these from Japan now that J Crew does not stock them in navy or gray anymore. Love this shoes but just can not wear the orange color.

I have the 1400s from J. Crew in a dark olive color in a size 6.5. My pair are almost 2 years old now. They look a bit beaten up and the bottom sole has separated at one point on my left shoe. I'm still wearing them constantly and the cushion has all but gone. Obviously they aren't very comfortable anymore and I want new ones. Lo and behold, only standard sizes are being offered in this Orange version of the 1400 and I'm disappointed. As a guy with small AND wide feet, the 1400s are really the only shoe I feel have excellent fit and comfort for my feet. Even New Balance lacks good wider options for me in their Made in USA line (tried the 999s and they are very narrow). I have 574s in a wide fit but it lacks the comfort of the 1400s. Bring back the extended sizes please!
