Lower Rise Jeans
May 24, 2025I needed to go 2 sizes down because "my size" was too big. I bought a pair of the Lower rise wide leg jeans in cream 2 sizes smaller and they look great but still a little roomy. I wanted to buy these jeans again 2 or 3 sizes smaller but they were out of stock.

April 27, 2025Well I am a true J.Crew loyal shopper, however, these are huge in the waist (bought my normal size 30) but tight in the thigh/rise area. Also extremely heavy and stiff. Literally some of the worst jeans I have ever put on. Yea that poorly designed or made for my body I suppose.

Not for me
April 19, 2025I purchased these jeans on final sale, and unfortunately, they are a miss for me. I am 5'6" and I knew I would need to alter these in the length (32"), but these jeans are huge everywhere, and would need extensive downsizing alterations in all areas. That being said, the rigid denim is great, and the construction is excellent. I'll throw them in the wash and a very hot dryer, in hopes that they shrink. One of the photographs for these specific jeans (the photo with the arrows) states "We recommend sizing up for a sloucher fit" - don't be tempted! if I could, I would go down a one size, at least.
