Lightweight merino wool scalloped sweater

I bought this shirt a size smaller than what I usually wear. It was still loose fitting, but this was the style I was looking for. I accidentally washed it in the machine and it shrunk significantly. However, it still fits and makes for a great crop top. The fabric feels soft and luxurious. I love wearing this shirt!

This sweater runs quite large, even for a boxy style. As a point of reference, I generally wear a medium in a Tippi, and purchased a small in this, and still got an oversized fit. (5'7", 36 chest, 160 lbs) It hits just below the waist on me, and is not too low cut, fully wearable for work. The wool is very soft, softer than other J Crew merinos I have purchased. I recommend highly! Just be aware to order one size down.

Just a warning that this sweater runs very, very large. Ordered a large (final sale unfortunately) and cannot wear it because its much too big. The large can be compared to a size 14-16. While it is cute and the scalloped bottom does lend a pretty and feminine look its boxy and over sized which takes away from it.

This top is so pretty but i could have gone an XS rather than a S. Overall very pretty!

This sweater runs true to size and is very flattering!! I got in all colors availavble and am very happy with it!!!!!

Size even in XS was too big for me which made the neckline rather low. I usually fit into XS. You need to be careful because I found a pulled yarn just at the chest area after I wore it the 2nd time.
