Featherweight merino wool double-knit tunic

Every single shirt in this order was my usual medium (like all my shirts from JCrew) and every single one was massive and boxy. I appreciate that slouchy is a thing, but this shirt was not slouchy. It fit in the shoulders and then just went straight down with no semblance of a waist. Terrible.

LOVE this tunic- sits perfectly at a good length slightly longer than normal sweater. Super warm with the 2-layered knit but also unbelievably SOFT. Cut the tag off and wear as a reversible!

When first seeing these in store, I was in love. I thought this was the perfect fall sweater.....great weight and color, very versatile, etc. I was sold! So much so that I bought all 4 colorways offered (as well as 2 of the cardigans in the same material.). Although I'm not a big fan of dry clean only clothing, I liked these so much, I still purchased them. After wearing them, I would have given them 5 stars, but the problem came after getting them dry cleaned. I picked them up and they ALL (4 crewnecks and 2 cardigans) looked like they were 10 years old. They were all so pilled over the entire sweater that I will never be able to wear them again, aside from lounging around the house in them. 90% of my wardrobe is JCrew and I have never had a problem with the quality before. Definitely pass on this sweater.

The material of this sweater is soft and really comfy to wear. The sizing is a bit big. I ordered both the XS and S - they were both big on me. I kept it because I don't mind the oversize look and it was too comfy to return. Keep in mind I am 5'4, 115lbs and a smaller chest. I think those with nice curves with fill in this sweater nicely.

I wanted to love this, but just couldn't. It's very comfy and cozy, but it's cut terribly. It's very big and wide on the top across the bust and then narrows at the hips. Not really flattering on anyone, in my opinion. If you wanted something to lounge around the house, it would be good, but it's a bit delicate so that would limit your at home tasks to staying at the sofa!

Love these sweaters!! I bought two. Sorry I didn't purchase the third color. they are so comfortable. They run large. I usually wear a small but bought an extra small in these. Even that was a little big. I wish they came in more colors. I would have bought more. LOVE this sweater.
