Gold color is not to shiny so I love it. It is a bit heavy and noisy which is a trade off.

Ordered the item, waited 12 days for Mail Innovations - a USPS service and partner for UPS - to deliver the necklace. It never arrived. As if that wasn't enough, spent hours trying to reach JCrew customer service. Finally got someone and they offered a credit to original form of payment in 3-5 business days. That never happened either. Also offered to extend the sale price if I wished to order the same necklace again. When I got off the phone I checked to do just that, and...it was sold out!! Still waiting for resolution. THANKS JCREW!!

I saw this necklace on the site with a black neck and had to have it. It’s so pretty in person and a great statement piece.
