Runs LARGE but that is quite evident in the photos. Nice fabric, sheer but I knew this already. Like the details around the neck and the wide(r) straps. Will definitely wear this with a slip for occasions other than beach/pool.

This dress just arrived and I couldn’t be more disappointed with it. It’s so sheer, I wouldn’t even wear it as a nightgown. I haven’t shopped from J. Crew in a while..it’s gone downhill.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, especially from J. Crew as I normally am happy with my purchases… but this missed the mark for me! Horribly oversized (runs HUGE) and the fabric was not at all comfortable on me (so scratchy!)… but the color was beautiful!

This swimsuit coverup is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like a beautiful fantasy, like you are floating through a room. I am happy I read the reviews and sized down. I got the small. It is lots of material but is so so pretty!

I normally read reviews before I order especially when it is final sale. Unfortunately, I failed to read them with this dress. The color is beautiful. I ordered a small and it is very big. I normally wear a size 10 in J Crew dresses. It is very sheer! Would not recommend this dress.
