Cute and elegant for any event. Length was one my worries, but being 5.4" it is perfect. Love the weight of the fabric.

Comfortable and chic black cocktail dress, yes please! I bought this for a wedding and it was perfection. Wore it with black patent heels and chunky costume jewels (old JCrew) and have never been more comfortable for dining and dancing all night. Surprisingly the satin does not wrinkle much, an added bonus. It is short, but it didn't feel too short with black hosiery and heels. It's generously cut through the lats so you can raise your arms without it riding up at all.

Gorgeous fabric; just a bit large for a small. I had to get it tailored. But otherwise it’s a super beautiful and classic dress for any occasion. And I got it on clearance!

This dress is lovely. I am 5’2” 129 lbs and ordered a size medium. Definitely could have sized down in this. The sleeve openings hang a little low and the bust ares may be a little big but I can work with it. Not sure if I ordered the small it would have looked like it did on the model. Can’t wait to throw this on with some sparkly shoes and statement accessories.

Perfect LBD, and with a very forgiving A-line skirt. The duchesse satin is also very forgiving! So overall a comfortable yet very chic dress which btw can be dressed up--way up--or down. It is over the knee which might not work at the office, but long enough to maybe get away with it paired with opaque tights.Interestingly, I first got this in the zebra print but it was unwearable for me--the pattern just was very unflattering. In black it is divine. TTS
