Fits slightly big based on
10 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers love this skirt for its pretty dot pattern, soft cotton feel, and light, breezy look that works well for warm weather. It’s easy to dress up or down, and several customers mentioned it feels classy while still being casual enough for everyday wear or travel. Fit-wise, the smocked waist is comfortable, and a few customers suggested sizing down since it can run a bit roomy. The lining and non-sheer fabric were also a nice bonus for many customers.

Spring, summer and those hot, muggy fall days.
August 27, 2022Cool and crisp for a warm-weather and sophisticated, but fun look! The gorgeous colors can easily be worn through the last hot and muggy days of summer leading into fall. (I live in the South!) I have a slender, but shapely frame at 120 pounds and almost 5'7". I purchased an XXS in the skirt and XS in the matching top. Perfect fit. I typically wear a size 0 and sometimes a size 2. I have noticed that over the last 10 years, J.Crew's clothing is running one to two sizes larger than in the late 1990's and early 2000's. So if other reviews say "runs large", I always go down one or two sizes.

Darling and fun skirt
July 28, 2022I adore this skirt. I do think it runs very big. I paired it with the Jcrew short sleeve with ruffle chambray shirt and it looked so cute tied up. It was even a nice length on me and I'm a little over 5'9. Nice surprise for me, as this is the first skirt I have owned like this.
