August 24, 2022I used to love my linen t-shirts from J.Crew. I was so excited to see them this season and on sale, I bought a few on sale. The feel wasn't what I remembered and they were slightly thicker than the originals that I had (I hang on to clothes forever so the OGs were from circa 2012-16). I should've known then. Linen and polyester. They aren't the cool lightweight shirts that I believed I was buying. In fact, I find them hot and sticky. Going straight to a donation bin.

love and not
August 15, 2022i love linen for hot days. these are great colors, cut, BUT- they are so thin, that only dark colors can be worn without looking really bad. No matter what underwear (nude bras, white, black) - it is just way to shear. so maybe under the jackets, but than what is the purpose of buying linen for hot days?
