Midrise toothpick jean in carbon

I don't know why these have been discontinued! They wear so nice, and are the best fit. I am short torso-ed, and these are a high rise on me. The wash was perfect as well, not over done, so they wear much as a raw denim would, feathering to your actual body, not some factory form. Can't say enough great things about these jeans. Hope they bring them back. I have been wearing them since 2012. I hope I can keep them going for many years to come.

I am sad to say that J Crew has done away with these jeans. I bought them three times over because I wore them so much!! I went to the store this evening and found the selection of current jeans to be disappointing, as many of the jeans J Crew is carrying have more of a thin, legging feel; where these jeans are thicker and have a nice slimming effect. They are the perfect jeans to wear with flats or to tuck into boots. I hope J Crew brings these back.....

The midrise toothpick jean is without a doubt the sexiest J.Crew jean I own...and believe me, I own a lot of J.Crew jeans! The midrise enhances the slimming silhouette of the entire fit producing a glamorous and stylish look. I feel like Audrey Hepburn every time I wear them!
