Puff-sleeve midi dress in bandana flowers print

I am 5'4.5", 115-120lbs, 32B/C depending, usually a size 0 or XS. The bottom of this dress is perfect, skims the body but doesn't hug. I'm at that age where it looks like I'm trying too hard if I wear huggy cougar dresses. The top is a bit loose though so I will have to search for my biggest padded bra (lost in the abyss of these coronavirus times). Otherwise, the material is a good weight, even the lining is nice (for polyester), the color is bright and cheery, this is the kind of dress you put on during dark times if you're sitting at home wringing your hands.

This is a beautiful dress; however, it ran very very big in the top for me. I got this in a 4, and typically wear a 4 in all J. Crew dresses and have never had an issue like this. The bottom part fits well, but the top gaps open and fits like it’s two sizes 2 big. If it wasn’t final sale I would return it, so I might see if I can get it altered bc it is such a beautiful dress. I typically wear a small in tops & 36 c.

Wow of wow! My dress arrived today and I am thrilled! The first one was lost in the mail and I was so disappointed. Luckily JCrew sent out a new one the next day. (Thank you JCrew!) I don't think I have ever owned a dress as unique as this one. I feel like a pin-up girl from the 1950's, but a classy one. :) The reviews are correct in that it runs very large in the chest. That is my only issue with the dress, otherwise it is pure perfection. I ordered a size 2 and am generally a 2/4 in JCrew. I am 5'7", 135 and a 34DD. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a size 2 dress being large in the chest. Smaller chested ladies will have an issue with this, but it may be worth it to take it to a tailor because it is too gorgeous to pass up.

Perfect length for me till calves (I am 5'7") and size 12 was little loose (I usually wear 10-12). Its neck is very wide and deep and shows cleavage. If you bend down, it will show more than required from front. However, I still loved the quality, look, and little loose fit of this dress. Buying one size small would not solve the neck problem. I wore my double strand statement necklace to cover the deep neck area and it solved the problem for me. I'm 170lbs.

I loved the style but it was not fitting well in the bust. Not sure if I still can return
