Huge, but maybe my fault
August 14, 2021I normally buy a 3x shirt from J Crew because I like them roomy so I can wear with a tank under or not. So I figured a 22 (2x) in a swimsuit would be fine. I ordered 2 different suits and both are huge. Either I have body dysmorphia and think I'm bigger than I am, or the swimsuits run large compared to shirts. Unfortunately, final sale items so I'm stuck with them.

Great suit, love the tie front!
July 31, 2021I bought this on final sale so I was worried, but it worked out great. I ordered my normal swim size in J. Crew, size 4 (for reference I am 5'4" and approx. 112-115 and a 32DD). The tie-up front really makes the suit! It looks more interesting than a plain tank suit. And the low back is nice. The fit on me is really quite perfect. Glad I took a chance on the final sale (sometimes that works out and sometimes not, haha)!

Darling suit but…
July 17, 2021I love everything about this suit. Unfortunately, I read reviews and followed the size chart and ordered a size up- I’m normally a size 12 due to larger bust. Im swimming in the suit!! Final sale, so I have a beautiful suit and can’t wear it- Go with your usual size- bust area is true to your size.

July 13, 2021This suit is great quality and has a great fit. It even holds my 40G chest fairly well! I will not be running or playing any sports in this suit, but it works great for lounging at the beach or pool.

Versatile, great suit
June 2, 2021I bought this in the white/blue. It’s a versatile style (could go glam, preppy or retro). And the fabric is a good weight/thickness. It seems like J.Crew swim is usually good quality, but sizing can be all over the place. I’m usually a size 4/small/27 in J.Crew, and the size 6 of this swimsuit fits me. I’m about 5’6”, 135-140#, 34b, slim/athletic build, smaller on top. The front is fine for me, but I have a small bust. It might be a little more revealing for larger busts. I usually find the booty of their suits to be a little tight on me, so that was no surprise. But I couldn’t go up to an 8 or the top portion and straps would be too big. Overall a great suit, I would recommend.

SO CUTE but didn't work for me...
May 7, 2021I am obsessed with this suit, so I'm really sad it doesn't work for me. :-( I am 5'9", 175 lbs, and pear-shaped. I have a booty and thighs with a small waist and average chest. I typically wear a 10/large in bottoms and an 8/medium in tops; I usually wear a 12 in J Crew one piece suits. The bottom half of this suit fit perfectly but, due to the style of the straps, it was way too loose on top. I think this suit would work best for people who are roughly the same size on top and bottom.
