Ludlow Slim-fit double-breasted suit jacket in Italian wool

I’ve bought several double breasted suits from JCrew and they’ve all be exceptional. This one, in brown, is stunning. I love it for a bit more formal occasions and it always garners loads of compliments. The color is luxurious and the fabric seems to really resists wrinkling. I love that the pants are flat-front and the jacket is very sliming. I typically wear 40r in Ludlow but sized up to 42r and it was perfect. I typ wear 33/32 in ludlow pants but could only find 34/32 when I purchased… …but the pants were also spot-on. All this to say that I feel this suit runs a bit on the right/smaller side. All in all, this is now, hands down, my favorite suit and I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

Great 3 season suit; Fall, Winter and Spring. I am a solid 40R; 5’10” 160lbs 68 years old and I like the slim fit and it is not too tight. Only thing is I can’t tell if it is dark brown or dark green.
