University terry half-zip sweatshirt

After owning this for less than 3 months (and loving it), air drying, and treating with care, there is already a hole worn right in the middle of the fabric. It’s not even near a seam, just right in the middle of the fabric. I reached out to customer service hoping they would remedy, but they would not. Quality of J Crew keeps going down, so disappointed.

I bought these in 3 colors, hands down university terry’s are the best sweatshirts made by j.crew I have all their sweatshirts but these are very very well made! I love wearing them!

I'm a sucker for J. Crew - especially the sweatshirts. I love that I get free shipping and the sales can't be beat. I depend on the reviews since none of the items on line & on sale are ever available to try on in the store. The fact that they're final sale sucks. This sweatshirt, like most of the others, is oversized & boxy. I bought the small but it fits like a large. the color is not as pictured either. The pink shown is beautiful but the actual item is not a pretty pink. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly. Hope this helps someone else.

I normally wear a size large but sometimes go with an XL in J Crew items if I want to layer. I ordered the XL and it was utterly gigantic. I could shoplift a butterball turkey inside this thing and still have plenty of room to spare!! I was hoping it would fit more like a men's size large sweatshirt, but this is a good 6 inches wider than that. It billows out at the bottom and the side pockets stick out like blobs. Unfortunately I bought this on final sale, so I will have to wash it on hot and pray for it to shrink. Why does J Crew continue making so many items that are short in length but wide? This XL was more like a 2X or 3X. The fabric was nice, but the fit and proportions are awful.

A Birthday gift from my mom. I love this sweatshirt. Very comfy and cool. I have the full suit, the green one, AND the Paisley navy.

This sweatshirt is stylish, warm and soft. Looks great with jeans or sweats
