67 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers really like the stylish shawl collar, drawstring waist, and rich color options, and many say the jacket feels surprisingly warm while still being lightweight. A common takeaway is that it runs generously and has an intentionally oversized, puffy shape, so sizing down can help if you want a less roomy fit. Petite customers especially noted that the sleeves can run long. Overall, it comes across as a chic, cozy puffer that works well for everyday wear in cool weather.

Stylish feminine and warm
March 17, 2022I love this coat I was not sure that the neck/collar would be suitable for the gold weather. I don’t have to wear a scarf so long as the top shirt underneath come up high enough. There is a pulling string to tighten the waist and when you do so it accentuates the waist line. The coat is definitely for those colder days. I am somewhat petite 5’3” the arms are a little long.

Not flattering
March 4, 2022Puffers, I know, are inherently unflattering but this realllly doesn’t do you any favors. Definitely feels a bit cheap and there is no silhouette to it. Was hoping for an affordable, casual puffer for every day errands but this was a big miss.

Nice spring transition jacket
February 24, 2022I got this because I needed something to keep me warm during my morning puppy walks when it still feels like winter in the morning but spring-like by afternoon. I wore it literally once and was obsessed! Doesn’t matter that it’s not that flattering or makes a weird noise like you’re climbing into a sleeping bag. However, during my second wear the snap button on the pocket broke off. I contacted JCREW and my only option was to return and wait 2 weeks for that to be processed and then if it’s still available I could repurchase. Needless to say I won’t be doing that because I need this jacket now and by the time that’s all done it’ll probably be much warmer outside and I won’t be able to wear it. Hoping to get it repaired somewhere… what a bummer.
