June 3, 2022Okay I have purchased about 9 pairs of jeans from J.Crew over the last 6 or less months, have loved every pair!!(because they're not SKINNY JEANS) the only pair of Slouchy I bought were these....waist and hips were tighter just like a lot of the reviews said, I didn't mind at all, BUT, this pairs right leg seam was twisting so that the outer seam was on the front of my shin. I purchased on sale no return, so I am disappointed! glad I didn't spend a lot. Overall if they weren't defective I would have loved them...5'8" 145lbs size 28 fit perfectly(except for the defect) 8 out of 9 isn't too bad.

June 2, 2022Love the wash on these jeans and the straight leg. When you don’t feel like wearing skinny jeans, these slouchy fit pants are my go to. I got these in my usual size 29 and smaller size 28. If you want a slouchy boyfriend fit, go for your regular size, but if you want it to be more snug but not tight, opt for a smaller size. I personally prefer the 28’s…

cute but j.crew sizing is so unreliable
May 31, 2022if you have a butt at all, don't size down. I sized down for their other boyfriend jean and those fit perfectly (loosely, even) -- not these. Would maybe even consider sizing up. Really bummed these were final sale.

beware of sizing
May 27, 2022I am very disappointed. I have bought Slouchy Boyfriends in a different wash in my usual size - 29 and they were a bit loose. I liked them. I have order this model in 29 and I could not even closed the button. this is huge discrepancy in sizes! the problem is - I got these on final sale and cant exchange them. this is poor service
