Pleated chino pant in stretch cotton blend

These are like a 40’s gangster fit. The fact that these say “slim through the hip and thigh” is ridiculous. Although it’s not mentioned online anywhere the tag on these actually says relaxed fit. If I’d known that I wouldn’t have bought them.

Nice cotton linen pants for spring and summer, fabric is thicker than regular linen. These are relaxed fit which I like (based on model pics) rather than slim fit as described. Fit a tad small on the waist compared to my 770 straight fit chinos but still wearable, you might want to size up.

The style was pretty nice, though I had to return these because they were far too big. Every pair of pants I've gotten from J. Crew has been too big, not just in the waist, but baggy in the leg area as well. These were comically big though, even in the size I use for every other pair of pants. I'll definitely be more careful in the future, especially on final sale items. I recommend sizing down if you really like these, or maybe I'll try the slim fit styles.
