The Platonic ideal for a penny loafer
1 week agoI decided that I needed to find a classic pair of penny loafers, so I looked around at all the many different options. Perhaps not surprisingly, I ended up back at J. Crew. It's hard to beat the pitch-perfect classic style, quality, and price combination. I strongly recommend getting the leather-soled version, not the rubber sole. It's infinitely more comfortable. Also, you'll definitely want to size up for this one.

Great shoe, runs large
1 week agoGood shoe and it took three times to get the right size. These seem to run 1.5 sizes too large for people with narrow feet. The leather is nice with real leather sole.
