Slouchy-straight dad jean in Primerose wash

Based on the review and sizing recommendation, I sized down from my normal 29 to a 28. Big mistake! These jeans are designed for a very tiny waist, small hips, huge legs, and are 2-3" too long! I can wear anywhere from a 28-30 or 8-10, depending on the brand and can usually squeeze into a tight pair of 28 jeans, but these are impossible! Even if a 29 fit me, I don't think the rest of the jean would because of the weird way it is designed. Got them on final sale, so I'm stuck with another pair of unwearable pants from J. Crew. Disappointed!

I was really disappointed by these jeans. I thought they would be a rigid cotton but they are thin and have some stretch. They do run large. The color is nice. I would have returned them but they were final sale.
