Double-chain belt

This is such a cute belt, but it's so humungous that I'm not sure how they even got it to look the way it did on the model in the photo. The XS/S fits me like a L/XL. When I hook it in place, it falls down to my ankles. I'm quite saddened by this one because as soon as I took it out of the box I loved it and my partner did too. It's just simply not functional.

This belt runs very large. I own already the crystal belt from some months ago and there I needed to get the M size. So I decided to order this one also in M/L and it is huuuuuuge. I could turn it twice around my waste. If it is meant to be worn like the model is wearing it, than I am puzzled how this should work. I have at least 30cm too much of this belt hanging around. On top of it, my belt also came with some issues. it was broken in the middle. I have to order a new one and this time in size XS/S.
