A Perfect Blue Dress
September 23, 2025Bravo, designers. Something about the vertical seams makes this dress so much fun to zip around town in, day or night. I ordered the sky blue and the black in a size 12 (for reference am 5'8" 170lbs 38dd). A bit fitted but the empress waist is both chic and forgiving. Oh, and that sky blue color is particularly dreamy. JCrew, please make more clothes in sky blue! Anyway, this is probably my favorite JCrew piece yet. Get it while you can!

Just ok
August 29, 2025I had more expectations for this dress after reading previous reviews. Not sure if it’s my body type but I am not crazy about the fit of this dress. It’s an ok dress but nothing wow. Unfortunately I bought it discontinued so can’t return but you can’t win them all :)

Light and airy
August 27, 2025Really pretty color and light material. The fit is flattering even though I'm a mother of 3 with a mommy belly. I did size up one size and it's much more comfortable but still slim looking. For those looking for a very fitted look, the dress is true to size.
