September 30, 2025This is a very unique dress, and I love it so much. It is very flattering on my hourglass figure. I took a size 18. I am not skinny, but I am tall. It is great that this style looks good on both curvy figures like mine and thinner figures. The size is TTS and I have bought a slip dress previously from J.Crew so the sizing was exactly the same. I would defiantly choose the larger size over a smaller if you are in-between sizes and curvy. I do find the seaming on one side of my hip a bit lumpy, even with the right undergarments. You really need to secure the straps to the right height for the dress to fall properly. The material does relax after a while though and just leaving it in my wardrobe for a month, the few wrinkles it had when it arrived in the packaging are completely gone. I love the color and style so much. And it just makes me happy when I put it on. I chose to pair it with a short-sleeve white sweater instead of red I like it better that way.
