January 3, 2026I'm 5'2, 135, and I got a size 6. This is one of the most beautiful dresses I had ever owned. It fits just right. The material is high quality. If you style it right you can wear it in any season.

Fits big
Beautiful dress, not for petites
December 28, 2025Beautiful dress. Cut is wonderful. The issue: does not come in petites. For a petite person, the dress hits in the wrong spots on the body. It’s not length so much as proportions, so the dress ballooned in places where it should not, and was tight in areas that should have had more give. I tried taking to get it altered, but it was cost prohibitive. So, sadly am returning the dress with the request that J. Crew recreate it for petites in a shorter bodice PLEASE!
