I picked up the J.Crew Tencel work shirt and it’s quickly become one of my favorite casual pieces. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable right out of the box, with that smooth, broken-in feel that makes it easy to wear all day. It has a great rugged, workwear-inspired look, but the drape from the Tencel keeps it from feeling stiff or heavy. It works perfectly as a standalone shirt or layered over a tee, and it strikes that ideal balance between relaxed and put-together. Really versatile and easy to reach for.

This shirt is at least one size too big, unless you're going for the circus tent look.
