Franny sunglasses

I wasn't expecting to like these as much as I do. The style is fabulous. Quality and packaging are very solid.

I was going to have a prescription put in these glasses, but the after wearing them for 1 week, the hinge on the left side seems to be weak. The side piece is now wiggling on this one side, so I don't want to risk an expensive prescription lens insertion when the glasses may break soon. I am disappointed.

The color of the sun-glass is great and this size is fit~ I love the pair and fit for summer outfits~

I had to return these glasses twice and I hope they will work this third time.. I have sunglasses in all price ranges but never had any problems with any of them so the Franny glasses are the exception. The first ones kept fogging up and the second ones came with a scratch (!?). Anyhow, I paid the sale price but would never pay the full price for these. But I do love their style and that's why I am willing to try them a third (and last) time.

Fit well, don't slide around, look gorge on, timeless.

These sunglasses definitely flatter oval-shaped faces. Personally, I prefer Franny sunglasses over the Betty because the arms are thinner (yet sturdy) and rest well behind my ears without pushing off my hearing aid. This particular tortoise pattern is my favorite, since it goes with summer dresses of pretty much any color. The lens' shade is more of a dark gray than light blue, as shown in the picture; it definitely helps reduce eye strain under the bright sun. Thank you, J. Crew!
