Ludlow Slim-fit suit pant in American wool
2008, proving that you can get a suit made with the world's best fabrics and with details you'd find in a four-figure suit for a fraction of the cost. Today, the Ludlow comes in two fits and new fabrics from renowned mills every season. We cut this suit pant in wool that has the refined feel of a fabric you'd get from Italy, which is no surprise since American Woolen Co. (est. 1899), the historic Connecticut mill that weaves it, once supplied one of Italy's most respected fabric houses.

Too Slim
January 31, 2021These pants, and the rest of the suit, seem to be of great quality. However, the pants are too slim through the thigh and are close to being physically unwearable. I’d recommend going with the regular fit.

Perfect daily suit pants
November 12, 2018Work in an office and needed a good suit. Tried many but decided to give JCrew a chance, glad I did too! These are amazing wool pants! American woolen company does real good fabric. Length was great, good sheen, and partially lined so they last longer. Also bought the matching coat (I'll review that too), the color is great charcoal that you can utilize with everything. Besides being perfect in the slim fit, I just wish JCrew added the wool S number for this product, I'd put it between 110 and 120, which means it should last for years. Thank you JCrew.

Fits big
Runs Large
May 18, 2018Nice quality and style. However, had to return for smaller size because waist and around hips runs quite large. Also wish the side pockets were onseam for a more classic look.
