Sleeves are ridiculous
February 9, 2022I have this in another color and love it. However this version in a 2X has ridiculously short sleeves. Body fits great but the sleeve length makes this unwearable.

Cheaply Made
December 17, 2021I bought one of these in navy and loved it so much I got two in additional colors. I love the cut and the style. BUT they are so cheaply made. I have followed the care instructions and yet they begin to pill after only a few wears. And it's not just light pilling, it's really bad. It has made the clothing look old and like its been worn roughly. If I'm buying something from J. Crew I expect it to become a staple in my closet. Unfortunately, I don't expect these to last. Probably won't be shopping here anymore since almost all my recent purchases have had similar problems; Cheap material and/ or poor construction and fit.

September 11, 2021I’m 4-10”, 95 lbs, with straight hips and no butt. This sweater is slightly heavy weight, making it versatile for winter layering or chilly summer nights while keeping it’s structure. The XXXS was not in stock, so I got the XXS. As an extremely petite woman, XXS on me is only slightly big in general, and it was the same here. Fabric slightly bunches up in front of the shoulders near the chest and on the sides since my body doesn’t fill it out completely, but because I got black, you can’t really tell. It also hiked up in the back, I have to pull it down. Looks very nice overall - Collar down, I feel cool and down to earth and approachable. Collar popped, I feel like the cool city girl with mysterious plans later. The sleeves hit before my wrist bone, which is AMAZING because as a petite I always need to roll my sleeves (this must be what it’s like to be normal sized). PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE THIS, AND BRING IT BACK IN XXXS, I promise to buy all the colors if you do!!
