Odd sizing
September 21, 2019I really wanted a pair of these, but the 9.5 (I normally wear 9 or 9.5) seemed more like an 8.5; unfortunately the 10 still seemed like a 10.

Sizes all over the place!
September 5, 2019Bought a pair of wingtip shoes same brand and size, they fit perfect. Therefore, I ignored the comments about seizing up and these ones are super narrow. Total disappointment.

Nice shoe but runs small
September 3, 2019Beautiful shoe, and good quality. However it runs small, so get a half to full size bigger. I normally wear a size 11 in just about all my shoes but I couldn't even slip my foot into an 11 in this shoe. Tried both the 11.5 and the 12. Went with the 11.5 after the sales person pointed out that even if the 11.5 still felt snug, the 12 would probably start to feel too loose once they were broken in. Loose is not a good quality in a slip on. I was able to wear them out of the box for 7-8 hours and they felt fine. For me, that is the sign of a product that is made with quality materials.

Great shoe that runs SMALL!!
August 30, 2019So first I will say that I own 4 pairs of the Oar Stripe Jcrew shoes and the previous 3 fit amazing. Great quality leather and just ovetrall great shoes. Same with these loafers but they run VERY SMALL. I'm used to having to size down about a half size with loafers because they should fit a bit snug. I got my regular size with these and had to squeeze into them. Great leather, sole, and overall look but the size control on these was very bad.

Try these on in store first
August 23, 2019As many other reviewers have pointed out these shoes run small. I sized up half a size and they fit great and are very comfortable. No bleeding heels or broken toes. I would recommend checking these out in stores first to see what size fits best. Otherwise, I have received tons of compliments on these shoes. They've got a great subtle shine and the colors are both very rich. Can't say anything about long term durability as I've only had them for a month but they've held up great since. If you could get these on sale (sub 150), and sort out the sizing issues, I'd say they're probably the best loafer in that price range.
