Kids' cable-knit mittens with stripes

Good quality, well made, soft, but not very thick. They are medium weight and I think they will be too cold for NY winter (unless wear them over thin gloves in cold days). Purchased size L for my 9yo son who always have cold hands (mittens are easy to wear on the way to school). They are a bit big for him, but it's ok, he likes it.
