Beware: Sherpa side is a magnet for debris
January 21, 2022Had this coat for a few months and the inside is just full of grass, twigs, tiny pieces of debris that get twisted up in the sherpa fabric. My son hates how itchy it is and none of it washes out and to get it out you'd have to spend hours with tweezers. I think this would be a good coat if the sherpa fabric had been better selected. There's no way little boys will be able to keep stuff out of this coat.

Good design, extremely low quality
January 21, 2022As other reviews stated this jacket CAN'T be worn to playground, because the wood chips get stuck in the recycled sherpa lining and are IMPOSSIBLE to get out. My 6 year old came back from school with woox chips few inches long stuck inside of his jacket! The sherpa is very low quality, kind of sticky and probably made of harmful chemicals- not something should be sold for children! Design is good but quality lowest I've seen.

Worst jacket EVER 4 kids who like to play outside
December 15, 2021...And no help from customer service. I felt like they gave me an attitude or insinuated the jacket could be cleaned or it was my fault. I bought this jacket big so my son would grow into it. It was meant to be the jacket we wore around the big winter jacket. Its warm enough but the sherpa part is awful. 3 weeks in and my kid doesn't want to wear it anymore. His after school program has wood chips in the playground and he looks like a wood chip monster. I cannot launder nor brush the chips off. They are imbedded in the jacket and hurt him if he wears it with the sherpa on the inside. My daughter has a fuzzy sherpa jacket from target and she literally rolls around at playgrounds and the jacket just brushes clean. This one....DO NOT BUY. Just awful. The experience makes me not want to buy from JCrew ever again. 100.00 down the toilet.
