Boys' sherpa-lined chamois shirt

I was surprised to see the sleeves completely unlined with Sherpa or even quilting. The body has Sherpa but the sleeves are just thin cotton. This may have been for mobility decisions but as a mom looking for a quality top layer, this just means cold arms for a kiddo. Also the sleeve cuffs are not adjustable and the plaids at the seams are mismatched. I would expect better from J, Crew, well maybe the J. Crew of old, particularly at the full price. This wouldn’t hold up to Maine or Boston cold weather, even with a sweater underneath.

Great shirt that will be nice and warm, but it’s not true to size.
