August 22, 2025I bought this for my daughter who is 9 years old. She is 4’5 and 80 pounds. I purchased a size 12 and it fits her perfectly. The hem of the skirt hits about half an inch above her knee. It’s a straight fit, not baggy and not fitted, just right! The quality is wonderful. It’s a mid weight corduroy.
