Girls' handkerchief dress in paisley

Purchased this dress for a tea party, we loved the colors and the way the dress was made.

I purchased this for my youngest granddaughter and while it is flowing & casual, the color is not quite as vibrant in person. I was a bit disappointed in that. If the background was truly white, the dress would have looked awesome.
