Girls' tiered velvet top

I do not usually purchase black clothes for my little girl but I had no choice. She loves this blouse. Thought it was so “fancy”. We’re very pleased.

This is an absolute HIT! She loves the feel of the velvet, loves that when she twirls it floats out, that it’s stretchy, comfy, and looks similar to her Mom’s Velvet jumpsuit when worn with the co-ordinating pants!

Purchased this with the plaid leggings, adorable Christmas outfit. The material is very soft and not scratchy.
