Girls' ribbed mockneck sweater in supersoft yarn

My daughter really loved the blue color. It was on sale so we went for it. The sizing is way off. My daughter is normally a small (6-7) but I got the medium since we were at the end of the season for next year. I had to double check the size sent as it could fit myself and I wear an adult small!

My daughter loved the look of this sweater, so we kept it. But, if it had been solely up to me, I would have sent it back. The description is deceiving - this is not the supersoft material you’ve seen everywhere else this season. It’s slightly itchy. Also, the sweater is hand wash only. White, hand wash only, children’s clothing: these three things should never all describe the same garment. And after a few wears it’s starting to pill a bit. It looked lovely in family pictures, but it lacks practicality, especially for the price.
