Very cute but the material is very stiff
November 11, 2018We already owned a pair of New Balance YV574v1 and this looked similar but more stylish. They are better looking but are very stiff and hard to break in. I think I would rather stick with the softer New Balance sneakers.

I don’t get the “tongue holders”
October 5, 2018How many fun features can you have in one shoe?! Rose gold, glow in the dark, heathered, Velcro, shiny rainbow decal... But even though I had stalked this shoe until it came in my daughter’s size, we returned them because of a totally weird feature. There are two elastic bands kind of holding the tongue in place on the interior of the shoe that my daughter said felt awful. I’ve never seen this done and I guess I don’t get why the tongue needed holding in place— sneakers are not rocket science. I will also add that the quality was in the fun details but the inner shoe was cheaply done. Who’s on quality control?
