Girls' purse in rainbow raffia

This purse looks adorable online. But it's a bit disappointing in person. The colors are not vibrant like the picture. They're dull and almost dirty looking (the yellow even has a dirty green hue that's less than attractive). The dye job on the raffia is not consistent - there are many brown patches. Even the beaded strap looks lifeless and cheap against the bag. There are also patches of raffia not well stitched. I don't think it will hold up well to a child's use. I love the size, the zipper works great and the idea is adorable. I wanted to love it but it's not a winner, unfortunately.
