Canvas tote

I bought this tote with the intent of using it as a canvas book bag tote to dress down my outfits when going in to the office. I was quite surprised with how massive the bag was. It’s definitely more of a large grocery bag than a book bag type tote. Given that I really liked the print and the amazing sale price I decided to keep it. With some sewing skills I was able to to size down the tote to a book bag size and used the extra fabric to make some interior pockets for my phone and keys.

Good, solid canvas bag. I bought two...one I use if I need to carry anything extra to work with me. The bag doesn't look out of place if I'm in business attire. The second one I use for my groceries. Because of the material and construction, I don't have to worry about the handle ripping off.

Casual enough to use for grocery shopping but also stylish enough to be used as a tote. I use it as a computer bag (I have a 15 in. laptop & it fits perfectly for a size reference). Feels very sturdy; good for holding heavy things (like groceries or computers) without breaking. Definitely happy with this purchase! Thanks J. Crew!

The bag is perfect for everything! The quality, length of handles and colors are perfect for everyday use! I bought several to share as gifts filling it up with other goodies. Just perfect! I'm carrying it on the plane for last minute items it has plenty of room . Not heavy or stiff,yet good construction and fabric weight.
