Snow Peak® Shimo tumbler

I can’t believe I need to refund the same item twice. I returned my first order because the tumbler had a huge dent on the outside. I then reordered through the online chat, but the replacement tumbler also arrived with a dent—and this time, there was even a chip on the edge of the tumbler mouth, what a waste of time. I think the reason is probably due to poor packaging as the package I received is just the tumbler inside without no padding material, the outside package looks like it has been crushed.

Love this product, but no lid! Wish they described it that way.
